常见问题

怎么下载？iPhone 版正在 TestFlight 测试，首页的按钮开放后就能装。想提前试试，写信告诉我们。Android 版稍后。

认错了怎么办？在卡片上点「认错了？」，换成正确的那个。认不出来的照片也可以自己起名收进图鉴。

我的收藏在哪里？都在你的手机上。换手机前，在「我的」里用 Apple 或 Google 登录开启备份。

一起走的邀请码在哪里输？在「我的」右上角点「输入邀请码」，粘贴整段话也认得出。朋友发来的链接或二维码也能直接打开。

图鉴里的东西不够？告诉我们你在悉尼常遇见但图鉴里没有的鸟、花、小动物或美食，我们会补上。

活动信息错了或漏了？发我们活动名字和链接就行。

删除账号或数据

「我的 › 设置」里有「删除账号和云端备份」和「清空我的收集」。不需要写信给我们，立刻生效。

Common questions

How do I get the app? The iPhone version is in TestFlight testing; the button on the front page opens once it is public. Want in early? Write to us. Android comes later.

It named the wrong thing. Tap "Not this one?" on the card to pick the right entry. A photo it can't name can still be kept under your own name.

Where is my collection? On your phone. Before changing phones, sign in with Apple or Google in Me to turn on Backup.

Where do I enter a walk invite code? Tap "Enter invite code" at the top right of Me and paste the code or the whole message. A link or QR code from a friend opens the walk directly too.

Something is missing from the guide. Tell us the bird, flower, creature or dish you keep meeting in Sydney and we will add it.

An event is wrong or missing. Send us the event's name and a link.

Deleting your account or data

Me › Settings has "Delete account and backup" and "Clear my collection". No email needed; both take effect immediately.
